Appearance: gah, do I have to write this? I mean seriously, you can tell from his picture that he is meant to handsome. What more do you need? You can tell his eyes are greyish blue, that he rarely cracks a smile and other things. Seriously.

Personality: aloof; introverted; a silent stalker type of personality, if you will. He will rarely speak a word and will simply observe. His silence and superior masculinity gives him a certain type of edginess. He is more of a 'let's get this done swiftly, cleanly, and leave no evidence' type of guy. He will not hesitate to kill an enemy and uses quick wits to his advantage. Though it may seem he is the perfect kind of mystery, Basil hides the secret of Schizoid Personality Disorder behind his layer of unbreakable allure.

Abilities: Basil can hypnotize his victims into following his order or forgetting something, he may also steal any talents another person may have for x amount of time.
